Jose is a very honest guy. He did my roof in a day and a half. Paid special attention to flashing and wet 4x8 underlayment. Only $120 per 4x8 panels installed. He also put some special sealer on the bottom layer by the gutters. Totally fair price.View project showcase -

Rosas Pro Roof is by far the most professional and detail oriented roof contractor by far. I had 3 roof replacement bids. One just looked at my house from Google Maps and then sent me a 4 line invoice (not an estimate): materials; labor; a $250 fuel surcharge (?) and taxes. No other info. The next one did a home visit and wrote the charges on the back of a brochure. Jose came over took measurements and explained exactly how they would do the work start to finish. He sent a multiple page contract listing all of the materials used, warranties, etc. They completed the roof in an 11 hour day. There was not a spec of roofing debris anywhere after the cleanup. These guys did an excellent job on my roof!! Just got done and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out on my house!!! So glad I seen their add and read comments, and gave Jose a call!! Awesome experience going with them. And that experience was 100% everything his add says! They are very nice guys, very professional, honest and excellent in what they do!!! Him and his team took care of me the whole way through, went above and beyond with extras that came up , and all for the exact quote he gave me when he came out and looked at my existing roof!!! No extra charge! They took care of me!!! They want it done the right way!!!!! I appreciate that about them!!! They definitely do care about you and your property & their name on the job!! The new roof turned out amazing, beautiful, excellent craftsmanship- way better than the original roof ever was, and cleaned up like they were never even there!
